Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the CRM services provided at crmtop.latinasalud.org (hereinafter referred to as «the Platform»), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the «User» or «Client») and CRMTop Solutions, a subsidiary of the Latina Salud Tech Group. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
2. Description of Service
CRMTop provides a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help businesses manage sales leads, customer data, marketing automation, and team collaboration. The services are provided through the URL crmtop.latinasalud.org. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the CRM at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially degrade the core functionality of the paid services.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access the full features of the Platform, you must create a registered account. You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
CRMTop shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
The use of certain premium modules at crmtop.latinasalud.org may require a paid subscription.
Billing: All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days’ notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Platform or via email.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
Client Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload or enter into the CRM. CRMTop does not claim any intellectual property rights over your Client Data.
Platform Data: All software, algorithms, interface designs, and branding located at crmtop.latinasalud.org remain the exclusive property of CRMTop Solutions.
Privacy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and protect your privacy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users of crmtop.latinasalud.org agree not to:
Use the CRM for any illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein.
Send «spam» or unsolicited bulk messages using the CRM’s communication tools.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRMTop Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of crmtop.latinasalud.org. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to crmtop.latinasalud.org at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Platform or us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and you may lose access to all data stored within the account.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of crmtop.latinasalud.org shall be instituted in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
